Team fees will be assessed depending on the schedule.  Team Fees include tournament fees and expenses, coaches per diem, league fees, and referee fees.

Goal:
The academy environment will be one that allows a player to experiment, to think independently, to be creative and to rehearse the technical elements they are learning without fear of failure all the while continuing to foster a love for the game and simultaneously educating a player to an understanding of and a desire for excellence.

Players continue to focus on skill development. Players begin to develop, technical ability, good discipline, respect, strong work ethic, and the mindset of a protagonist, which, simply put refers to a desire and will to struggle to be the main/dominant character

Development and Selection Model
Players will be evaluated at the initial assessment and then continually throughout the season. Subsequent short term goals in training and competition will then be adapted to meet the needs of the different levels of pools (Could be beginner, intermediate and advanced pools). The training and competition models will allow for each player to be challenged and to grow into the type of player we are endeavoring to build. As players begin to exhibit these traits or the lack thereof coaches have the option to move players in and out of the different pools.

Players are expected to be committed, have a coach able attitude, and have/or develop a passionate desire to learn and play the game. Development will be built around the following in order of priority: practice; intra – academy league days; festivals, level appropriate friendlies, level appropriate tournaments. The training and competition models will allow for each player to be challenged and to grow into the type of player and person we are endeavoring to build. As players begin to exhibit these traits or the lack thereof coaches have the option to move players in and out of the different pools. The Academy is fluid and so participation levels (whether it be beginner, intermediate or advanced) are a factor of total player and personal development, and the coaching staff’s discretion. This means that, potentially, a player could participate in one, or a combination of two, and possibly three levels. All levels are contingent on aptitude, numbers and commitment.

Coaching:
The Academy is directed by an individual with the ability to coach youth players and develop creative technical skills. The coach fosters a fun and dynamic environment for players and requires players to be committed to personal development on and off the field. The director also provides more structured environment where players receive feedback, guidance and discipline during practice and games.
